• Analysing the hiring need in various departments
• Carryout the traditional recruiting responsibilities of sourcing, qualifying and presenting technical candidates (such as web developers, web/graphic designers, SEOs, Content Writers and technical support executives etc.)
• Employee Record creation and maintenance
• Job evaluation/classification
• Performance appraisal
• Employee retention
• Designing and implementation of company’s Policies and practices
• Need to work closely with Management and the Accounts Department
• Salary Range (Rs. 35000 – Rs. 45000)
  

• Must be an MPA/MBA in HR from a reputable university;
• At least 4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment (IT);
• Extensive knowledge and experience of job evaluation, recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, employment policies and practices;
• Excellent interpersonal Skills; General Management Skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English);
• Organizing and planning skills, handle multiple tasks simultaneously,
• Set goals and meet deadlines, ability to take initiative;
• Analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills;
• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
