Description: |
He/she
will be responsible for providing services for assigned
areas. These areas include:
- Analysing
the hiring need in various departments
- Carryout
the traditional recruiting responsibilities of sourcing,
qualifying and presenting technical candidates (such
as web developers, web/graphic designers, SEOs, Content
Writers and technical support executives etc.)
- Employee
Record creation and maintenance
- Job
evaluation/classification
- Performance
appraisal
- Employee
retention
- Designing
and implementation of company’s Policies and
practices
- Need
to work closely with Management and the Accounts Department
- Salary
Range (Rs. 35000 – Rs. 45000)

| Job
Specification: |
- Must
be an MPA/MBA in HR from a reputable university;
- At
least 4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment
(IT);
- Extensive
knowledge and experience of job evaluation, recruitment
and selection, performance appraisal, employment policies
and practices;
- Excellent
interpersonal Skills; General Management Skills;
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills (in English);
- Organizing
and planning skills, handle multiple tasks simultaneously,
- Set
goals and meet deadlines, ability to take initiative;
- Analytical,
reasoning and problem solving skills;
- Ability
to maintain accurate and detailed records.
