Recruitment & Selection Process
When it comes to the Recruitment & Selection Process in RightSolution, we require our short-listed candidates to undergo a series of intensive and scrutinized evaluations, prior to deeming them as ideal contenders for the selected positions.

This process is divided into four (4) phases.

1. CV Screening:
   • Internal Job Posting
   • External Job Posting
   • CV Screening – 1st Short List
   • CV Screening – 2nd Short List
   • Test/Interview Scheduling

2. Testing:
   • IQ/Aptitude Test
   • Technical Test

3. Interview:
   • 1st interview by Project Managers/Team Leaders
   • 2nd Interview by HR Personnel
   • Final Interview by Senior Management

4. Pre-Hiring process:
   • Issuing Job Offer Letter
   • Receiving of Acceptance Letter
   • Issuing the Contract/Appointment Letter
